1. Company Overview

 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is a South Africa–based supplier specializing in premium-quality double Remy human hair extensions and related products. We operate exclusively as a supplier and do not offer hair extension installation or maintenance services.

Where requested, we may refer clients to registered salons and stylists who are trained in the use of our products. Please note that Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is not responsible or liable for any services provided by third-party salons or stylists.

 

 

2. General 

 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.

 

 

3. Products

 

All products sold by Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd are 100% double Remy human hair. Due to the natural nature of human hair, slight variations in colour, texture, and length may occur.

These variations are not considered defects.We offer colour rings as guidelines to assist with colour matching. 

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, screen settings may cause variations.

 

 

4. Ordering Process

 

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders can be placed online through our website, by sending us an email on orders@camillacarerra.co.za or via registered salons and stylists.

Camilla Carerra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

 

Due to variations in screen, monitor, and mobile device settings, colours displayed on our website or shared via social media, email, or any other digital platform may differ slightly from the actual product.

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for colour discrepancies arising from such variations. If an incorrect colour is ordered by the customer or salon, the product will not be exchanged for an alternative colour. It remains the responsibility of the customer or salon to ensure that the correct colour and product are selected at the time of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products ordered incorrectly.

 

 

 

5. Pricing and Payment

 

Prices are listed in in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before orders are processed and dispatched. Orders will only be dispatch once full payment has reflected in our bank account.  

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Electronice Fund Transfer (EFT) or Paypal.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For refunds, any payment processing fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount (eg. courier fees, custom duties and PayFast handling fee of R250.00).

 

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

 

 

Delivery timeframes are estimated at approximately 7–13 working days and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays resulting from weather conditions, courier services, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are also not liable for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses or contact details provided by the customer; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist should such a situation occur.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

All payments received before 13:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for major cities within South Africa.

Please note that all items will be shipped according to the delivery address and contact details provided on the quotation/invoice. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your order.

 

A standard courier fee, calculated to and from the delivery location, will apply to all exchanges or returns.

 

 

 

7. Product Quality Assurance

 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd offers 100% premium double Remy human hair that is ethically sourced from Eastern Europe and carefully processed to ensure superior softness, longevity, and a natural look and feel. Our extensions are designed to blend seamlessly with your own hair for a flawless, undetectable finish. Using a specialized cold-dyeing process that preserves the cuticle and minimizes damage. This ensures vibrant, multi-dimensional colour and long-lasting performance. Due to the hand-colored nature of our extensions, slight variations in colour may occur between batches. 

 

 

8. Returns and Exchanges

 

Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, installed, altered, or tampered with. Returns may only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Any claims regarding faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Custom orders, sale items, hair accessories, and aftercare products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

All orders placed with Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd are custom orders produced in accordance with the specific requirements of the client or salon. As a result, all sales are final, and products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@camillacarerra.co.za with your invoice number, proof of payment, and reason for return. 

The ustomer is responsible for return shipping costs. All courier costs will be deducted from the refund amount (to and from the location).

A R250.00 handling fee for online orderes will be deducted from the total amount refunded. 

 

 

9. Custom Orders

 

 

Custom orderes take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive, subject to manufacturing timelines.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place a custom order. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatching of the order. 

Custom orders requir a minimum of 100g per colour and per length.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a replacement buyer is found. 

 

 

10. Aftercare Guidelines

 

Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality, appearance, and longevity of hair extensions. Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, inadequate maintenance, chemical processing, excessive heat exposure, or failure to follow the recommended aftercare guidelines outlined below.

 

Aftercare Guidelines:

Washing: Wait at least 48 hours after installation before washing your hair. Use moisture-rich, keratin-free and protein-free products. Incorporate suitable hair oils to maintain softness, hydration, sleek and shiny.

Brushing: Brush hair gently twice daily using a soft-bristle or extension-safe brush. Avoid brushing when the hair is wet. Always begin at the ends and work your way upward to prevent tension and breakage.

Swimming: Avoid exposure to chlorine and saltwater where possible. If swimming is unavoidable, apply a leave-in conditioner beforehand and rinse the hair thoroughly immediately after swimming.

Sleeping: Never sleep with wet hair. Secure hair in a loose braid or bun before sleeping to reduce friction and tangling

Colouring: Do not bleach or lighten hair extensions. If colouring is required, always perform a strand test prior to full application to assess colour outcome and hair integrity.

Styling: Use heat-protectant products at all times when heat styling. Keep styling tools at a temperature below 180°C to minimize damage.

Cutting: Extensions should only be cut when dry. Please note that some gradual shortening over time is normal and may occur due to regular styling, brushing, and heat use.

 

Please be advised that incorrect product usage, excessive heat, or failing to secure hair during sleep may result in premature dryness or breakage of the ends.

11. Professional Installation 

 

We strongly recommend that all professional hair extensions to be installed by a certified or trained stylist. Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for damage to natural hair or extensions resulting from incorrect installation or removal.

 

 

12. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is not liable for services provided by third-party salons or stylists or issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

 

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be solved in accordance with South African Law.

 

 

15. Modifications to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Condictions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

 

 

16. Privacy Policy

 

 

Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is collected, used, and stored responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information is soley used for order processing and customer service. We do not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order. 

When registering with Camilla Carerra (Pty) Ltd as a salon or stylist you give us the right to provide potential clients with your contact information unless requested otherwise.
